Legislative outreach
In 2013, I participated in Climate Science Day on Capitol Hill. As part of this outreach activity, I received training on working with members of Congress, then with two other climate scientists, I met with members of the Oregon Congressional delegation. The goal of our outreach was to build relationships as a resource for understanding the myriad factors that affect and are impacted by climate change.
